The title speaks for itself. We all think about having a happy life, improve our life but we forget the importance of factor which leads us to betterment. The cover shows a young man standing in the corner gazing at the long road heading towards the sky.
The book covers numerous topic which ca help us in your life on long term bases such as self-awareness, mindfulness, journaling, morning routine, reading, and sleep. This book cover topic in-depth and has designated places to write within. I personally like the journaling part. As it which us a chance to make a relationship with your mind. Whether you’re keeping a journal or writing as a meditation, it’s the same thing. What is important is you’re having a relationship with your mind.
In a nutshell, this book is a helpful guide for everyone. If I’m entirely honest, I have to admit that I don’t even know where to start writing the review.
