Title/ Cover –
I choose this book cause of its title. The title gives the vibes of some hidden mystery and raises my curiosity. The cover shows a woman hiding her face with a scarf and only her forehead and eye are visible.
Samira had a tragic accident on the highway connecting Noida and Greater Noida West. Due to which she had been in a coma for eight months. After she had woken up from the coma, she tried hard to recall what had happened that night, but she could not remember anything except the blood on her hands. After the accident, she had lost her memory. Whenever she tried hard and stressed herself, she ended up with a deep-seated headache which was too painful for her. Her doctor asked her to avoid stressing herself for any further complications.
She re-joined her office ‘White News’ after eight months. Samira was uncomfortable meeting the new employees she felt strange. There was no one knew her before the incident. What was the strangest thing being she worked with ‘White News’ for two years and not a single known person came to greet her? But something fishy definitely going inside the organization. What bother Samira the most Who was Kiara? How was she connected to her? Why was she hiding?
The plot twist of this story is so breathtaking, it changed the whole reading process. The game is well played in the book. After a long time, I enjoyed such a story on revenge.
